Hi Dale,
Great blog mate and like you I share the addiction for good hard rock music! Unlike you however its gotta be vinyl for me! I’ve really enjoyed reading the stuff here and have even ordered a copy of the Predator album… we appear to have a very similar taste in music so I look forward to hearing it!!!!

Hello!
I was browing through your site and I had a good time reading some stuff that you wrote.
I am also a collector from Brazil and it all began with Kiss in 1983, when they first played here.
I wonder if you can indicate me some webshops and places that I can shop through the web after rock and roll and heavy stuff.
Right now I am trying to finish my Hammerfall collection on cassetes tapes.
Thanks a lot!

Hey, nice Web site!!
I just started a blog called Metal Man Speaks. I’m totally new to the game, so it’s pretty bare bones. I decided to send you a link because it looks like you know what you’re doing.
There is some political stuff on the blog, but it wont be full of ideological screeds, etc. I just think that metal heads can and should be informed about political and cultural issues.
A significant part of the blog will also be devoted to tattooing and other stuff. I’d really appreciate it if you paid a visit.
Tks!

I have a great idea to make your blog better! I was reading your blog and you have lots of flashbacks as to when you were a kid. Maybe if you put Flashbacks From My past or something like that?
June 6, 2007 at 4:13 pm
I mean make flashbacks from the past a category.

Omar – Thanks for the suggestions. I hope to have more memory posts in the future. I also want to update this page to give you all a better idea of who I am but that will take some time and I don’t have any extra right now, LOL!
Please continue to visit the site and thanks for participating.

I don’t know if you have it but I’ve got an original European Roadrunner cd release of “Dr. Mastermind – s/t” (RR 9605-2) that I’d be willing to sell if you’re interested. Let me know. I know this cd is a difficult cd to locate these days because I too used to be big into collecting …before I lost my entire cd collection to a house fire. :o( :o)
Regards…

Hey Steve…great site, have bookmarked you and look forward to visiting often. I am an old school metal head (44 yrs old) my first concert was
KISS opener was Uriah Heap (75-76) The stage was made for the DESTROYER album. It looked like a castle and fog machines ran almost every other song. My best friends Dad took us and he had an expensive camera with a telaphoto lens. He took pictures down front and made copies for both of us. 90% of the pictures were just blurs cause he had just bought the lens but the two best shots were close ups of Gene spitting blood and he caught him blowing fire dead on. His face is orange from the fireball being so close and the flame is backed by the KISS sign lit up.Its amazing, since he was a grown man with this expensive camera ushers let him roam anywhere he felt like not like today where you show your ticket every 15 ft. Maybe a side bar of peoples favorite concert and why would be cool. This site is “Worth the Deuce”

Hey Steve,
Just googling around & saw that you included my band Icarus Witch in your top releases for 2007! What a cool honor & judging from your top 10 favorite bands on this page, I can tell you really get where we’re coming from. I’m often asked in interviews what my favorite album of all time is & when I say Alcatrazz – No Parole From Rock ‘N’ Roll…well, you can sense a palpable air of surprise on the other line! haha. I’ll post your list on our myspace.com/icaruswitch page. Cheers!
